This article describes the basic initial config required to enable a new Axsy Summer '24 (or later) org config. 


This article only applies to org installations using Axsy Summer '24 org later.

DO NOT FOLLOW THIS ARTICLE IF YOU HAVE AN ORG USING AXSY SUMMER '23 - see our org migration article instead.


After you have followed the steps in this article you will need to build out your config, for example via additional Global Settings, Sync Scope Configurations and Axsy Plugins. 


To enable your basic initial configuration follow these steps:

  1. From the Salesforce App Launcher, select Axsy Mobile
  2. Navigate to the Settings tab, you will see the following screen


  3. Click the gear icon cog


  4. In Settings ➔ Advanced
  5. For App Variant, pick the option relevant to your org, either Base, Field Service, Public Sector or Retail Execution
  6. Click the Server Variant Enabled checkbox, in the example below a Field Service variant is being setup


  7. Accept the App Variant Change message (you will not see this messageif your App Variant is Base)


  8. Click Edit (top right)
  9. Navigate to the Global tab ➔ Mobile Feature Set
  10. Click the magnifying glass next to the current Active Feature Set


  11. Select and Activate the code push bundle you require, click Close


  12. Click Save (top right)
  13. Click Publish (top right) ensuring the Generate Metadata checkbox is ticked on the next screen
  14. Click Publish and wait for your configuration to be published.
