When viewing Event records in the Axsy Mobile App, in addition to the standard Details and Related tabs, the Axsy Mobile App can display a third tab for any Tasks that are associated to the Event being viewed.

Associating Tasks to Events

As there is no out-of-the-box method in Salesforce to directly related a Task record to an Event record, the Axsy Mobile App users intermediary records to make that association. Specifically, the Task list for an Event shows those Tasks that have a Related To field that looks up the same record as the Related To field of the Event being viewed.

Example: If the Event being viewed has a Related To field that links to an Account, such as "Acme Corp", the Tasks tab will show any Tasks that have a Related To field that also links to "Acme Corp".

Adding Tasks to the Sync Configuration

To make sure that the necessary Tasks are displayed in the Task list, please ensure the Sync Configuration for the Event object includes the Task object in the Related Objects sync tree.
