It is possible to attach a photo – either taken live with the device camera or selected from the existing device photo library – to a Promotion Check Assessment Task. This can be done either as part of its Product Compliance or its Overall Compliance.
Overall Compliance Photos
- Select the Overall Compliance tab for the Promotion Check task (if one exists).
- Select the Photo button to attach a photo.
Photos attached as part of the Promotion Check's Overall Compliance will be included as files on the related list of the parent Assessment Task record, and these files will have a Description field value of 'Promotion Check - Overall Compliance'.
Product Compliance Photos
- Select the Product Compliance tab for the Promotion Check task (if one exists).
- Select the Photo button to attach a photo.
Photos that are attached as part of the Promotion Check's Product Compliance - but that are not related to a specific Product - will have a description of 'Promotion Check - Product Compliance'.
