With Retail Execution, when the user chooses for the Axsy Mobile App to pre-populate all RVKPI values from the previous Visit, this includes blank values. To omit blank values from the last Visit and instead pre-populate the RVKPIs with their most recent non-blank value, you will need to set Actual Values for the RVKPIs on the Salesforce Platform and make sure these are synced to the mobile app.
